Fifi is an AI assistant that works only for your store. She answers from your own website and live WooCommerce data, introduces herself as an AI, and politely declines anything unrelated to your shop.
02 Does Fifi take payments?
No. She creates a pending order and sends the customer WooCommerce's secure pay link, so payment happens on your own checkout with the gateways you already use. Fifi never sees card data.
03 What do I need to start?
A WordPress + WooCommerce store on HTTPS, a WhatsApp Business number on Meta's Cloud API, and a connection code from Brionic. The setup wizard walks you through the rest.
04 Which languages does she speak?
English and Spanish today. She answers in the language each customer writes in.
05 What happens when she doesn't know something?
She says she doesn't have it confirmed and offers to ask your team. You get the question on your WhatsApp and can reply as the store.
06 How do updates work?
New versions show up in Dashboard → Updates like any plugin, and you can switch on automatic updates in the wizard. Every package is signed by Brionic and verified by the plugin before WordPress installs it.
